Gruissan is a seaside resort that Jean-Jacques Beinex's film 37 ° 2 le matin has made known to the general public. The beach of the chalets where the film was played stretches over 2 km of fine sand with lines of wooden chalets on stilts.
But, Gruissan is also an old village with its Barbarossa tower which stands in the middle of the ponds facing the Mediterranean and which is worth the detours.
La Clape
If you don't want to be lizards all day, I recommend a short hike in the Massif de la Clape right next to Gruissan (10-15 km).
