Before leaving the Isle of Skye, a visit was essential: the Talisker distillery renowned for its peaty and smoky whiskey. On the road going to the west coast of the island, we cross peat bogs that are used to make this whiskey.
15 days in Scotland - Glenfinnan and Harry Potter
Since Harry Potter, glenfinnan with its viaduct attracts a lot of tourists. Many come to admire the famous steam train on A Jacobite which connects Mallaig (where we are from) to Fort Williams (where we are going). We are therefore going to discover this locomotive and we give some photos. We pass quickly because neither train nor Harry Potter enthusiasts!

Located on the edge of Loch Linnhe, this city is surrounded by mountains. The valley of Glen Nevis which starts from the north of Fort William and go until Ben Nevis (1 m) is a beautiful region.
