Lord and Taylor was also a 5th avenue department store but with the Covid-19 it closed.

Empire Outlets in Staten Island
Here is a very good address which brings together the best outlet stores near Manhattan. In fact, the Empire Outlets is located on one of the 5 New York boroughs à Staten Island in the district of St George.
This shopping center is not huge because it only has a hundred stores. But the reductions are very important and interesting for small budgets especially during sales periods!
To get there from Manhattan:
Take the Staten Island Ferry at the Whitehall Terminal in Manhattan to the St. George Terminal then turn right and follow the signs North Shore Esplanade.

The brands are numerous and diversified: Guess, Gap, Hugo Boss, Diesel, Levis, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Superdry, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Converse, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Oakley, Columbia , New Balance, The North Face to name a few.
